Burgers from Stuft will really make you Stuft
Restaurant Review: Stuft Burger Bar
The sides
To compliment the burger, guests can order french fries. Not just any fries, award winning french fries. The Parmesan garlic fries are a great twist to the regular hand cut french fries. There is also sweet potato fries and onion rings to go as a side.
And for dessert...
A milkshake. It is safe to say that the milk shake menu is as impressive as the burger menu. There are the standard flavors vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. But that would be too modest for Stuft. The restaurant kicks the sweet treat up a notch with drinks like the cereal bowl (comes with Captain Crunch, Cookie Crisp, bacon, maple syrup, and a donut) and the Red Velvet ( red velvet cupcake and cocoa).
Stuft Burger Bar is a unique restaurant experience with gourmet burgers, mouth watering milkshakes, and award winning french fries.
Stuft opened in its downtown Greeley location in 2014. This is one of three locations in Northern Colorado with the other two locations in Windsor and Fort Collins. It has the perfect location on 9th Street among other restaurants that span the downtown area including The Rio and the future sight of Luna's Taco's and Tequila. There is great seating, in fact guests can choose to enjoy their meal outside especially during the summer months.
So, What's on the Menu? Burgers of Course.
The menu has 15 options of burgers broken up into three categories: savory, spicy, and 'whoa'. The savory section is a more safe option for guests with burger choices including the All American Burger and the Western Burger. The All American burger is traditional, with a bacon aioli sauce, american cheese, beef patty and all of the fixings. There is even a barbecue burger which is the western burger that comes with barbecue sauce, onion strips, bacon, smoked cheddar, and a beef patty with the fixings.
One thing is for sure, presentation is everything at Stuft. The most impressive burger presentation is the Surf 'n Turf Burger. This is one stacked burger as it comes with a lime cilantro crema sauce, cheddar stuffed peppers, smoked Gouda cheese, a beef patty and all the fixings. Not to mention, there is blackened Cajun shrimp skewer at the center of the burger. It is undoubtedly appealing in sight, but is a bit messy to eat. Nonetheless, there is no denying that this burger, along with others, is a quality burger. There is a vegetarian options as well. The Edgy Veggie is stacked with grilled peppers, a fried egg, pepper jack cheese, a veggie patty, red onions, lettuce and tomato.

If none of these burgers fit your style, you can always have it your way and create your own burger. The restaurant allows guests to create their own burger, choosing what toppings, sauces, and buns to go on their burger.

"The Stuft Burger Parmesan fries pair well with a Nitro Stout Milk."Other menu options are appetizing as well. In the starters section there are deep fried pickles which come with a tasty chipotle dipping sauce. The breaded pickle crisps are cooked to perfect consistency and the chipotle sauce compliments the savory treat well. Stuft is also good at making boneless wings. One customer chose the boneless wings and a side of fries for her meal and said the wings rival any wings in town.
"I love coming to Stuft to get burgers. But this time I got the wings and they were so good. I got the buffalo wings... I'm definitely ordering those again."
